Mini-Study: Unemployed Social Workers Based in the Free State Province mini-Survey.
The Department of Social Development, in collaboration with the YSWN Free State Chapter, is seeking Social Workers who are trained and based in the Free State Province. The office of the HOD has requested YSWN Free State Chapter to conduct a mini-survey to investigate the number of unemployed Social Workers in the province.
The study aims to gather information on the employment status of social workers in the Free State Province. This joint mini-research project will inform the Department of Social Development on the number of unemployed social workers compared to those employed. The findings will also assist the Department in budget planning, and facilitate the employment of unemployed social workers in the province when funds become available.
